FR4000 Warranty Statement

I. General

In order to standardize and improve the after-sales services of FJD FR4000 Robotic Lawn Mower, the following policy is hereby formulated by FJDynamics ("FJD"). 

II. Return and Refund Policy:

To ensure a smooth process for warranty support, please keep your purchase receipt, invoice, and other relevant paperwork for your FJDynamics product as proof of purchase for future service inquiries. This will help us provide fast and efficient service in case of a warranty claim. Please note that only purchase receipts issued by FJDynamics or distributors authorized by FJDynamics are valid for warranty. All refunds, returns, and replacements will only be processed after the original products have been received and inspected at our local warehouse.

Order Cancellation

  • Order Confirmation: FJD Store will send a confirmation email upon receiving your order. We encourage customers to shop wisely and place orders as needed.
  • Cancellation Policy:
    1. Within 24 Hours: Free cancellation without any charges.
    2. After 24 Hours (Not Shipped): 5% transaction fee will be charged.
    3. After Shipping: Cancellation is not possible.

Return Policy

We accept returns within the following conditions:

  1. Application Period: Within 7 calendar days after product delivery without providing reasons.
  2. Return Conditions:
    • Product must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
    • Original packaging and all components/accessories must be intact.
    • 5% transaction fee will be deducted for refunds (excluding quality issues).
  3. Quality Issues: For defective products, contact customer support (onlinestore@fjdynamics.com) within 7 days with photos. No transaction fee will be charged.

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at onlinestore@fjdynamics.com or via other channels provided by FJDynamics.
  2. Once eligibility is confirmed, instructions for proper packaging and return will be provided.
  3. Verify the return address and include all components/accessories with the original packaging.

Shipping Costs

  • Consumer Reasons: Consumers are responsible for return shipping costs, based on the courier chosen.
  • Seller Reasons (e.g., damaged or incorrect items): No shipping cost will be charged to the consumer.

Return Refusal

Returns will be refused if:

  • The request is made beyond 7 calendar days after delivery.
  • Items are incomplete, missing parts, or damaged due to human error.
  • No valid proof of purchase or fraudulent documentation is provided.
  • Damage is caused by misuse, modifications, or external factors (e.g., water, fire).
  • Labels, serial numbers, or anti-tamper markings are removed or altered.
  • Products are damaged due to unavoidable factors (e.g., fire, floods).
  • Items are not shipped within 7 days after return confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days after the returned product is received and verified. A notification email will be sent upon completion.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 5 business days, please check your bank account and contact your card issuer.
  • If the issue persists, contact us at onlinestore@fjdynamics.com.

 

III. Warranty Period

FJDynamics warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the product literature during the warranty period. The product and accessories thereof are supplied with a 1—2 year warranty. 

The specific guarantee period for each product is as follows.

*Tires, trim/appearance, and cutting blades are wear parts and are not covered under warranty.

The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of shipment(Here the 'shipment' refers to the shipment from manufacture). If the user cannot present the warranty card or a valid invoice when applying for after-sales services, the warranty period shall be calculated from the manufacture date contained in the serial number that is labeled on the product. The warranty period of the product or parts thereof shall not be extended after repair or replacement free of charge within the warranty period.

IV. Replacement Policy

We are pleased to offer replacement services under the following circumstances:

  1. Transportation Damage: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if it suffers significant damage during transportation, you must provide damage certification issued by the carrier.
  2. Incorrect Product: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if the product received is not what was ordered.
  3. Severe Malfunction or Defect: Within 7 calendar days of receiving the product, if it exhibits a major fault or manufacturing defect.

Replacement Guidelines

  1. Replacement Warranty Period: The replacement warranty begins from the date the original product was received by the customer.
  2. Packaging Requirements: All products eligible for replacement must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe delivery. Improper packaging may void the warranty and incur additional charges.
  3. Payment Before Dispatch: Replacement requests will be processed only after FJDynamics has received the associated fees and costs.
  4. Return Timeline: Approved replacement products must be returned within 7 calendar days following instructions. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the right to replacement.

Exclusions from Replacement

FJDynamics reserves the right to deny replacement requests under the following conditions:

  1. Late Submission: Requests are not submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  2. User Error: Defects or malfunctions are determined to be caused by improper use by the customer.
  3. Non-Defective Product: If the product is tested and found to have no defects, return shipping costs for the product will be borne by the customer if they request its return.
  4. Missing Proof of Purchase: No valid proof of purchase, receipt, or invoice is provided, or submitted documents are suspected of being forged or altered.
  5. No Proof of Transportation Damage: If transportation damage is not reported within 7 calendar days of delivery or if no damage certification from the logistics company is provided.
  6. Force Majeure: Products damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning, or traffic accidents.

V. User Responsibilities

  • Users are responsible for arranging product delivery to the local service center or the FJDynamics factory for diagnosis.

User Rights

  • This Limited Warranty provides specific legal rights to the user.
  • Additional rights may exist under applicable laws or written agreements with FJDynamics.
  • This Limited Warranty does not affect statutory rights.

Important Information

  • FJDynamics will repair or replace products covered under the Limited Warranty free of charge.
  • For issues outside the warranty coverage, FJDynamics or designated service centers may charge applicable fees.
  • FJDynamics reserves the right to modify and update the Limited Warranty. Updates will be based on the official website without prior notification.
