Why did I receive an incomplete order?

Don't worry, your order may be sent separately. You can view all tracking information in your Personal Center. For the guest orders, please track them in the Order Tracker at the bottom of the website and enter your order number and email address, or contact our customer service at storesupport@fjdynamics.com.

How long does it take for the delivery?

Delivery times may vary depending on the warehouse from which your order is shipped.

Orders shipped from the USA are estimated to be delivered via FedEx, UPS, or DHL in 3-7 business days.
Orders shipped from Germany are estimated to be delivered via GLS, DPD, or DHL in 3-7 business days.
Orders shipped from factory are estimated to be delivered via DHL in 5-12 business days.

What to do if I have a payment problem?

Failed payments may result from network issues or third-party payment provider issues. We suggest changing your browser or using an alternative payment method. Or please contact the bank where your credit card is issued to verify that the transaction is made by you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and more. At the checkout, choose the payment option that suits you best. If you would like to make a bulk purchase, we also support PI payment. Please send your order information to us at onlinestore@fjdynamics.com.

I have been charged VAT twice, what should I do?

Please kindly note that we will charge you VAT in advance when you place your order instead of the relevant department, and you will normally only need to pay VAT once. If you are notified by the relevant authorities that you have paid VAT again, please confirm with authorities first and then contact customer service for a refund.

What should I do if I was charged customs duty?

For customers in Europe and the United States, we offer local shipping with inclusive shipping and taxes. For other countries, depending on different policies and shipping methods, Please kindly note that we can't guarantee there is no tax or duty fees once your package reaches your country, additional customs duties may be required. Please feel free to contact us for specific information and additional payments.

How to order as a company, so that I don't need to pay the VAT?

Our website currently doesn't provide a VAT number input field, since we have no access to the huge VAT number database. You can order first and then send us your valid VAT number, we can credit you the VAT back once we confirm it is valid or contact us at onlinestore@fjdynamics.com in advance providing your order details and company VAT number.
