Return & Refunds Policy

Cancellation

Customers can cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing them at store.fjdynamics.com for a full refund. Please note that if you cancel your order after 24 hours, we will charge a refund transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users).

Orders purchased after 30 days could not be canceled.

Return

Damages and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and if an item is defective, damaged or received in error, please contact us immediately by email with evidence (photos or audio) within 7 business days so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

Products without quality issues are not returnable.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g. special orders). If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please contact us.

Any defect or damage to the product caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, disassembly or failure to follow official instructions or manuals cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special order items or gift cards. You can always contact us at onlinestore@fjdynamics.com with any return questions.

Return Shipping Cost

If you cancel your order within 30 days without cause, we will charge a transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users) + *shipping costs.

If you receive a product with quality problems, please contact us by email with the evidence. If it is confirmed that the seller is responsible, we will accept the return of the product and the seller will bear the return *shipping cost.

*All shipping costs mentioned above are subject to the actual shipping costs incurred.

Refund

For a refund, please contact us via onlinestore@fjdynamics.com.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you don’t receive the refund after 14 business days, please contact us.
